Russell P. Dunnum, M.D.
Russell P. Dunnum, M.D. earned his Bachelor's Degree graduating Cum Laude with a major in Bioengineering and minors in both Physiology and The Economics of Health Systems at The United States Air Force Academy and at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD).
Dr. Dunnum graduated Phi Beta Kappa, earning his Medical Doctorate Degree (M.D.) at Brown University Medical School. In 1985, Dr. Dunnum became the Medical Director of Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group for Occupational Medicine. Dr. Dunnum was instrumental in the development of their Executive Health and Occupational Medicine Programs.
In 1989, Dr. Dunnum joined OASIS Medical Group, developing their Occupational Medicine Program. Dr. Dunnum provided medical care as a Treating Team Physician for the San Diego Professional Football Team, The San Diego Professional Soccer Team, The Los Angeles Professional Basketball Team, and United States Olympic Team Athletes.
Dr. Dunnum has been a Consultant to the California State Legislature regarding Workers' Compensation Labor Code and First Aid Regulations, helping shape policies that save California employers millions while ensuring employees receive all of their workers' compensation benefits and rights. He started his private practice in 1992, specializing in Occupational and Sports Medicine, and has been serving San Diego County for over 35 years.
Quincie Boscome, M.D., MPH
Dr. Quincie Boscome brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and public health knowledge to Dunnum Occupational Care Medical Group. With both a Medical Doctorate (M.D.) and a Master of Public Health (MPH), Dr. Boscome is exceptionally qualified to address the complex intersection of workplace health, employee safety, and population-level health outcomes.
As Associate Physician at Dunnum Occupational Care, Dr. Boscome works alongside Dr. Dunnum to deliver the highest quality of occupational and workers' compensation medical care. Her dual training enables a comprehensive approach that goes beyond treating individual injuries — understanding the broader workplace conditions that contribute to employee health and safety.
